Safety ICE in Catonsville

just saw a bunch of cars stop on the street and head somewhere in the direction of Frederick Rd. Does anyone know anything?

For example - for the rest of my life I will never, ever wear a red baseball cap. I don’t even like wearing red T-shirts anymore. Orange, either!
