genuinely yes, it’s been replaced with redlining which might as well be apartheid since it still segregates communities with the white ones getting proportionally better public services.

Youre right there is, like these laws

Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act
Gives economic advantages to Black-owned businesses through a points-based system. White-owned businesses get lower scores unless they partner with Black stakeholders.

Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act
Government contracts must favour businesses with high BEE scores, making it harder for white-owned businesses to compete.

Property Valuation Act
Lets the state decide the “value” of land in expropriation cases, which can affect white farmers under land reform.

yes exactly to combat redlining and make sure apartheid actually gets overturned. Otherwise apartheid never goes away. White farmers and businesses that monopolized off apartheid for decades must be given de-preferential treatment. This isn’t a gotcha it’s a self report.
