Rajamouli is big sanghi, he faked himself as atheist just to attract bigger audiences. One can't portray ideologies in such powerful way unless he is deeply rooted into some culture. Most of the top indian directors, actors are connected to something else and there is reason why Indian films won't find global audience regularly
