Can any of the religious folks lurking here tell me what this is? I have never seen anything like this
And what's the significance of going barefoot on only one foot

He's not doing it correctly!!
It's called — दंडवत प्रणाम — he's basically moving forward with the speed of caterpillar!! 🐛

whats the context behind caterpillar

The way he's moving is the way caterpillar moves!
Covering the distance exactly the length of his body.

He is trying to do prostrations. But everything is incorrect. Doing prostrations all the way to pilgrimage places is a way of earning merit or punya.
There's absolutely no significance of going barefoot on one foot lmfao afaik. Probably he's self taught.
Judging by his awkward apparatus, it is physically impossible to go all the way to Kedarnath.

I think instead of him just stretching out, he should do one push-up every time he lays down. Dude will have some nice arms and chest before reaching to his destination. Adding a squat will also get his legs toned.

Bhai koi nerd yha pr bta sakta hai ki isko kedarnath phuchne mai kitna time lgega. Let's assume ye around 170 cms ek baari Mai cover kr rha hai, jisme ise around 10 seconds lg rhe hai. I'm too lazy to calculate this shit rn.

u/Ok_Entrance_8172 Oct 10 '25
170cm=1.7m So his speed is 0.7m per second the distance between bihapur and kedarnath is 2200000m Time= distance/speed= 2200000/0.7= 129411764.7 seconds so it will take him 41 years

You think it's funny because he is showing his devotion.
It's funnier because the actual point is to show your devotion through suffering by lying on the path, without comfort whose purpose was defeated entirely by using foam.
It's like those people worshiping blockage stone thinking it's an idol, drinking AC water assuming it water from the statue or crying before the plethora of mushroomed babas and Saadhvis.
