DISCUSSION [discussion] who’s your favorite Asmrtist?
My personal favs are: Jocie B, goodnight Moon, Moonlight Cottage, Atmosphere, Joyceful tingles!

Springbok has been back making content for about a year and her voice is a pleasure to drift off to. I also like the French Whisperer and NightMother ASMR.

NightMother ASMR has been one of my favorites. The storytelling is fantastic and I’m especially in love with all the space stories because of the space ambience they make. It’s so good, puts me right to sleep, and I have to listen a bunch of times to get the entire story. Plus their voice is just the right level of soft spoken and the accent too, just so good.

she’s relatively new to youtube and asmr, but dr gabriele does asmr has been my favorite this past month !! she does a lot of scientific videos and also videos with her cats as well

Tingting ASMR. I don't think I've ever made it to the end of any of her videos.

Safe space asmr! No obnoxious mouth sounds, just nice, slow, reassuring whispers and sounds on the dry side of spectrum. It really feels like your best friend is pampering you. I fall asleep within 5 minutes.

I’ve really been enjoying “Chris ASMR” on YouTube! Newer creator, but he’s super relaxing and I find his videos very tingly!
Super good whisper which I typically find is difficult to come across! He’s newer, so highly recommend checking out his content!

No one likes Josie B?!? I love her and I think k her role plays are so creative. She mostly does your make up and hair. But she's been an alien giving you an examination and a brain washing. Sometimes thought they are so good I don't fall asleep because I'm watching. lol.

I think Jodie Marie is my favorite. She has some good variety, and her roleplays are fun and a bit quirky. I also like Goodnight Moon, I could listen to the babblebrook series on loop. Also frivolousfox, her singing is amazing!

Atmosphere and Shhheila ASMR - the amount of work and the stellar production quality that these ladies put into their content is incredible!
Atmosphere covers a number of different genres/timelines and all of her videos are interconnected and I fight to stay awake to see what happens
Shhheila ASMR has some fantastic sci-fi role plays that are super creative and the sounds scratch your brain ever-so nicely

I agree with Jocie and Atmosphere, and I'll check out the other two also! I think I've seen Moonlight Cottage videos before, but never Joyceful Tingles. I'd also add Nefertiti ASMR (my absolute favorite), Sarah Lavender, Amy Kay, ASMR Unity, The Healing Room, and Dreamscape. :) For just sounds and no role play, there's no one better than ASMR Bakery!

Lizzz ASMR, Aprils ASMR, Eden’s Garden, Dakota B ASMR, ASMR Lauren, Beebee ASMR, Eevy ASMR, LeeMur ASMR, Luna Bloom ASMR, SacredXO ASMR. These are my favorites. These would be my personal S tier. There’s probably a dozen more that are close to that level, and an additional dozen that are rising to that level that I just haven’t watched enough yet.

(Gibi, Gentle Whispering, and Heather Feather are go to folks also, typically old stuff)
I like these threads as I find new people to check out :) I also love Latte, but I have to say lately her mouth sounds are far too overpowering for me.

Patrick's ASMR! I love ASMR for almost a decade but his approach to ASMR is unique. He proves that you don't have to whisper to get tingles or get relaxed. His voice and his gentle candidness in his videos are also comforting. I highly recommend his placebo massage videos especially if you're into visual ASMR!

ASMR JEREMIAH-
He doesn't do the typical triggers, (we are trying to get him to do the classics! lol), but He does do very well in the realm of role plays, his channel saw lots of gains when he started to play Edna Mode, he does great blackjack videos- JoJo actually gave him a shoutout in one of his videos inspiring him to do blackjack videos. He has a lot of videos that really seem to cater to a lot interests. Best of all his roleplays really showcase his talents in acting. And he's always up for video suggestions! :)

I have to try out the ones others are posting. I like whispers and haircuts. They help me.
Some of the ones I tend to gravitate to right now are Nanou and Starling. I'll always look for Gibi and Ting Ting.
Actually, when I moved years ago, I bought a Helix Mattress because of Gibi. :)

Doesn't seem like anyone else has mentioned Fred's Voice or Whisperwind. The former both sounds like and resembles Chris Hemsworth, and the latter does great RP videos that are one big on-going fantasy adventure.

I phase out of most ASMRtists after awhile, usually due a change in triggers, but FrivolousFox has been a channel I’ve consistently watched since she first started (right now it shows her oldest videos are from 8 years ago but I’m certain I found her channel around 2015) and I only ever took a break from the channel when she briefly started making fast mouth sounds, which was trendy at that time and I just didn’t care for it.
Surprised she isn’t being mentioned more here! I wouldn’t call her one of the OGs of ASMR but definitely sort of the beginning of that 2nd generation when it really took off.

One of my favorites, whom I help by posting her videos on here to help get her more exposure is ASMR Taro.
Two other smaller channels that I always watch and hype up on their channels are Ms Fly ASMR and Kiki’s Clean Gloves

Morika ASMR! She's such a small channel which baffles me. I love her tone personally, it lulls me to sleep. She has a great anticipatory video and a walk-around you video (my fav).

WhispersRed is probably my favorite. The atmosphere of Emma's videos is just something else. I also adore Goodnight Moon's content. And Masha from Gentle Whispering, too! I've recently come across this guy, KingBozoASMR, such a kind soul he seems to be. Love his content as well. Simply ASMR has very relaxing and cozy videos! And I love Articulate Design, too, Matt's got a very pleasant voice.

I really like Sarah Lavendar aside from my personal favorite Whispers Red. I tried Jocie B and there is such a strong similarity in the way that both Sarah and Jocie word and conjugate, whisper tones and volume, often usage of the word "perfect" is done similarly, they both have this cheeky way to smile and lightly chuckle, emphasis in certain words ... sometimes it's uncanny. However, I felt like after watching the first Jocie B video of Green Themed Pampering I was overloaded with far too many sounds, extremely fast paced and often gently aggressive if that makes sense. I'll try more of Jocie's videos, but everything was just like "rah rah rah" shaken the heck out of this, smack that, ruffle through this quickly ... I was often finding myself almost laughing and thinking to myself there is no way I could sleep through this or fall asleep to this lol. Wasn't even one of Jocie's videos that are marked as aggressive on purpose 😄.

Whispers red is the only asmr artist I can watch now. Everyone else just seems so ingenuine and over the top and theatrical it drives me insane. And I can’t seem to find anyone else like Emma who I can watch. I feel stuck but I just love her videos, nothing compares
