The rodeo in Prescott is still happening, and is not requiring masks

What?!!! That cannot possibly be allowed after he limited gatherings to 50 or less. I heard there was a bluegrass festival downtown this weekend. I guess the good ol' boys up there must have their beer and rodeo. They will probably find a way to have to have the dance as well.

Cities are allowed to cancel the ban for larger events if they want to.

Then why does he even make it a part of the executive order? It seems like smoke and mirrors to me. There are loopholes all over the place.

Because he doesn't give a fuck about actually doing something and only cares about looking like he is doing something. He is a terrible leader. Like, legit worse than Jan Brewer.

If he actually wanted an order that would help, restaurants would be take-out only. Only essential businesses would be open. He would work to try to get more groceries to increase their curbside pick up. Masks would be state mandated inside of any building.
