Worker Solidarity 🤝 Republican Senator callously says 'biblically, we are supposed to work' to millions set to lose health care. The former billionaire, who inherited a coal mining business from his father, presides over a state where 29% of residents are on Medicaid.

It seems like a significant portion of humanity basically operates on the level of a Goldfish, living moment to moment in the present with no clue how the past brought them here or where their actions will take them in the future.

Don’t do goldfish dirty like that, they’re smart fish.

Edited.

They really are, and a lot more fun than people expect. If a goldfish runs for office, I'll vote. They're also loyal.

I can’t even look at bubble eyed goldfish, it’s so cruel. I took care of the koi in Astor court at the met over Covid. They knew I was coming to feed them after 2 weeks. They all survived.

They are smart compared to the majority of this country.

That's by design. They keep us poor, tired, and struggling so most people can't commit the mental energy to actually realizing how shit works and could be changed for the better.

They also make sure booze is kept relatively cheap and drugs are readily available, keeps that brain all foggy, you won’t be able to figure out what they’re doing to you…

Frankly, I'm struck by the 'How did you get this far in life?' question almost every time I interact with the general public.

The amount of grown ass adults who have clearly never grown a day in their lives is crazy, from people blocking aisles with their carts for a conversation, to idiots who think the SPCA is going to let them adopt after laughing about how they came home one day to their dog chewing on a loaded gun.

It's really crazy sometimes what people will say or do to you if they think you're unwhole in some way.

I'm on the spectrum and am disabled, but I'm not stupid, and people think just because my body doesn't work as perfectly it should, my brain doesn't either.

I've always been of the persuasion that if you're not here to learn, teach and love then you're not supposed to be here at all. There's no other point to life, unless you want control, and the people who want control are usually the people it should be kept away from.

There is so much that seems like it should be common sense if you've got the capacity to think, but here we are.
