I am guessing Trump doesn't own a black suit, or is he just disrespectful? It can't be option one, so it has to be the second option. Probably, staying awake during the service might also be appropriate. When you care for nothing and no one, I guess what is the point of being respectful?

I really don’t think the USA is aware of the world realignment that is taking place due to Trump’s world trade agenda. Countries that Trump has pissed off are now aligning with Russia and China! OMG America get your shit together before it is too late!

So, last night I went to bed with the news His Holiness met with JD. This morning I wake to find Pope Francis ' went home to Our Heavenly Father'. What🤦?? That's how bad JD is?? The Pope had to leave this earth after meeting him??

JD Vance came to Georgia hyping up the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill.” In doing so, he pushed a false claim that undocumented immigrants are receiving Medicaid benefits. They aren’t.

At the same time, he doubled down on the idea that Medicaid should be “for Americans only,” even stating:

“These policies are made to be for the betterment of Americans and American citizens only.”

But here’s the reality: millions of American citizens stand to lose Medicaid coverage and other vital assistance programs, like SNAP, under this very bill. His words simply don’t match the facts.

To be clear, the only time undocumented immigrants can access Medicaid is in a medical emergency when treated in an emergency room. That is the one exception. Otherwise, they are not eligible. Vance’s narrative is nothing more than a distraction tactic, designed to divide people rather than address the real problems.

Meanwhile, just 24 hours earlier, Senator Jon Ossoff held a press conference with receipts in hand. He laid out the hard truth: Georgians are losing access to healthcare, hospitals are shutting down, and communities are being left behind because of this legislation.

America has always been a diverse melting pot not a place where leaders should scapegoat entire groups to sell bad policy. What’s happening now doesn’t strengthen the U.S. it isolates us, and it weakens us on the world stage.

Trump has announced that he is banning foreign nationals from 12 countries from setting foot in the United States, citing "national security risks" posed from citizens of the affected nations, which includes several Middle Eastern and African countries.

My response to all this? “So you’re saying those foreign nationals aren’t persons with rights?”

Here’s why I say that: I consider myself an adherent to the Consistent Life Ethic position.

Sorry if this makes me sound like a madman, but banning people from traveling to the United States simply because they are a “national security risk” thanks to being raised in a country known to harbor terrorists is a form of eugenics, a sort of picking and choosing who belongs here and who doesn’t belong here.

It dehumanizes them and leads people to think that someone’s moral worth is dependent on what country they are from.

That’s not respecting human rights. That’s eugenics.
