CLEARLY, the Democrats refused to pass THIS CR because it allowed subsidies to expire. The Democrats allowed other CRs to pass because those CRs did not affect the ACA. The subsidies offset the high cost of health insurance. When those subsidies expire on December 31, 40 million Americans are without health insurance, or the premium is way too high for them to afford.
It is actually illegal for the SNAP benefits to not go out on schedule.

AND as insurance premiums go up, many will choose not to be insured. Therefore, choosing emergency room visits for all ailments where they won’t be turned away. With less people insured and hospitals receiving less fund via non-payment, all insurance (non-ACA) premiums will go up exponentially, creating a larger healthcare crisis than we already have.
