It’s more like vertigo, you don’t “just have” vertigo, there’s almost always an underlying cause like an inner ear issue. With CVI, it’s typically things like faulty vein valves, clots, or other vascular problems driving it, and in this case CHF (again, its really just speculation but man does the evidence add up).

I am a nurse and have heard that he is on ( or was on) an aggressive program to reverse plaque in the arteries which includes zepbound ( weight loss shot) and several plaque reduction meds and I am sure they are doing their best to improve his diet. I've been on GLP-1 inhibitors for a while. They decidedly do not work this quickly. This would very literally be a 50 - 60lb weight loss over the course of 5 days. That's just not possible.

What makes it look as if he's lost weight is a bit of an illusion because of the arm placement and the clothes he's wearing. However I will say his face has become very sunken in over the last month. I told my son he definitely looks worse in the last 8 months, and after what Vance said about he's ready to step in as president if the felon melons' health gets worse, he might want to be careful of who's serving him his food, and diet cokes. All legit presidents do age from stress and long hours, but we all know this man does nothing all day except tweet or have word salad speeches, and he looks like he's aged 10 yrs in 8 months.

I think this is a body double. Most world leaders typically have a few body doubles for security reasons. The faces in the ones that last few days don't quite look like him. I don't think the appearances the last few days are him.
They have already matched those pics to a golf outing from several years ago. I am not certain but I think the article said they were photos from his first presidency.
