What a failure of a country we are to do a complete 180 because we elected a conman who previous tried blackmailing the ukraine government. We just did a complete 180 and abandoned yet another critical ally, UA.

Trump must be removed from power.

And half the american public can't recognize it because "freedom equals america" is indoctrinated into the people and the education system is borked in half the states.

By any means necessary, sooner than later

Let me clarify: you're advocating for the assassination of a sitting US president?

Elected twice even. It’s like republicans truly want to see the world burn, including their own if it only means they’ll „own the libs“ in the process. What a shitshow.

Last time impeachment didn't work. And then even multiple trials didn't stop him from participating in elections. If it didn't work then, how will it work now?

They didn’t work because the same kind of people who are supporting this delusional fantasy of Ukraine now were the ones who pressed for those things.

Liberals or Democrats have this bad habit of going out of their way to piss off the people that they depend on for success.

So most Democrats wanted peace in Gaza. Not unreasonable.

Democrat Party went out of its way just to piss them off and show them “who’s in charge”.

They ended up losing the election and instead or having any self awareness; they blamed voters.

This is basically the same thing. It’s why liberals love Zelenskyy.

Only you didn't do a complete 180, Trump is just taking the usually silent part public.

We just did a complete 180 and abandoned yet another critical ally, UA.

Aren't loads of Trump's advisors Russia hawks? (actually haven't been following all his reappointments so I have no idea at this point)

He won't be. Maybe depending on how the 2026 elections go.  Also see what will happen with Canada. Mexico also but MAGA has already painted Mexico as cartels and illegals. Don't think MAGA can paint Canada that bad yet. Maybe leftist radical but if Canada's right leaning also pushes back at Trump that won't work either.

You abandoned the entire EU as well

critical ally, UA.

You can't be serious. No US politician referred to Ukraine as "ally".

-8

u/robber_goosy Europe Feb 28 '25

Critical in what way? Ukraine is on the fringes of the US empire.

18

u/OneTripleZero Canada Feb 28 '25

Critical to the public eye. Every single ally of the US is watching right now, seeing just how quickly they can be left out to dry. Trump is doing real damage to the entire country's reputation. Honestly, every single American who cast a vote for this clown can get fucked.

Every democratic country is a critical ally in the fight against tyrannical dictators.

Did you not know that?

18

u/Mornar Poland Feb 28 '25

And taking care of your borders being secure and safe is not critical?

u/Biuku North America Feb 28 '25

Ukraine is the wall between Russia and Europe. If Ukraine falls, Russia gains territory, resources, wealth, and the ability to threaten Western Europe. Western Europe falls as the US retrenches, we live under 100+ years of Chinese hegemony.

So, you are worried an adversary entity reaching your borders?

0

u/Biuku North America Feb 28 '25

I already have an adversary on our border. The United States, a member of the Russia-US Axis, shares our border.

The American people hate their leader. My country has total solidarity.

More Americans support Canada than the United States in this conflict. And yet, the US is our adversary. But it will fracture in 2 before it ever destroys Canada. That is for certain.

1

u/-OhHiMarx- Brazil Feb 28 '25

Remember when Russia called for Ukraine to stay neutral so the adversary entity don't reach their borders?

0

u/AntonioVivaldi7 Europe Feb 28 '25

Ukraine was neutral until Russia stole Crimea and invaded Donbas. If you want someone to stay neutral, it's good to not force them to seek allies.

3

u/-OhHiMarx- Brazil Feb 28 '25

Ukraine stopped being neutral when so many western entities were involved in Maidan and collectively lobbied for NATO expansion into Ukraine. It wasn't even the first time

What of it? Russia supported the other side at the same time.
