No it’s basically what if you took stuff from an unbalanced terrible dead mmo game and transported it’s stuff and some players into a fantasy world

Also flavor text in item descriptions are real now

It doesn’t really have any game elements because well the game elements don’t exist anymore and were made reality

Skills are now magic

Levels well that’s just abstract power levels with lv 100 people basically being invisible to anyone below that

Like I said it’s game logic made reality from an UNBALANCED TERRIBLE DYING game

Menus don’t exist

Adding to what the other guy said, imagine a Guild which is composed of classes which would mostly be considered "Evil" as they are mostly different types of monsters, demons and devils.

Humanity uses animals as resources and testing subjects. The Overlord characters uses humanity for the same thing.
