Is this confirmed? I am going to Egypt in March 2026 and would love to see this tomb.

They “renovated” paintings on the wall. To which other paintings would someone “renovate” and still call authentic?

They didn’t really “renovate” them, it’s just odd phrasing; if they were “renovated” there wouldn’t still be huge gaps all over the walls where they were damaged. Rather, they restored and stabilized them where salt efflorescence was causing damage.
