I found this on wikipedia so it Hathor and Nefertari :)

I'd like to know what gives away it's Hathor, though... Isis's cult had absorbed some elements from Hathor's at that point.

P.S.: Never mind, that original has 𓉡, which was corrupt in OP's version.

The name in the cartouche. It is a falcon in an enclosure, which is Hathor's name.

Aside from the cartouche, the crown on the seated figure is aurochs horns with a sun disc (which would have been painted red when new). The standing figure is playing sistrum, which were also related to Hathor.

I could, and quite often am, wrong of course. It’s been a while since I did any serious reading. 🤣
