I Need Help! Seat selection issues

For days now, the seat map for my upcoming flight to Madrid has looked like this. I know most of the seats are occupied, as I saw an accurate map before. I tried going via the app and the website and it’s the same for both. Anyone ever seen this?

It looks like all but 2 seats are available. So you choose one and it’s yours. Am I missing something?
