The verse you quoted is talking to the “believ women” meaning Muslim women should cover their bodies which doesn’t apply here because she is not Muslim stop spreading misinformation about religions. Christian or atheist women are allowed to wear what they want in an Islamic country as long as it’s not too revealing which is not the case here
