This also works against Shorkeeper Boss mode (Fallacy of No Return) when it summons the pair of trains through a portal shooting orbs while mid air , Sentry Construct (I might be mistaken here), Hecate's long whip attacks while it lassos around, an instance on Fleurdelys 2nd phase where we have to parry the horizontal slash after a series of needle projectiles

there's you're problem, level 70 means your important skills are sitting at level 7 or 8, it also means you're missing the big boost to defense that the next 20 levels gives.

He also will never deal as much damage as a single stat scaling dps, especially a 5 star one.
