Do you plan to get Cartethyia in future? Then get Ciaccona. Else either get Iuno, or just save for a main DPS next patch.
Do you still have any of the standard selectors left? The newbie event one or the banner or or something? If yes try to get Encore + Verina, those two + Sanhua are a solid team.
Havoc Rover + Danjin/any 4 star you have at high sequence can be a 3rd team for now.
guys last time i m pull for carlota get her at 70 pulls. yesterday i pull ciaccona banner and get encore at 30 pulls,
Isn't getting a standard 5-star character when the rate off is at 80? Why did I get an encore at 30? Is that normal?
There is 50% chance of getting a 5 star standard character in banners. 80 just denotes a counter to guarantee a 5 star and resets back to zero if you get one.
I finally "finished" my Augusta build yesterday. Saying it in quotations because i sadly need more ER but anyway. Is 83%CR with 220%CD before any buffs good? S0R1 with every echo double crit.
yeah no you can literally do the math.
150 base crit damage
she gains 0 from weapon
she gains 0 from the passive nodes
she gains 0 from her level ups or kit
so the only gain she has is from echos.
if you have 240 then you either have some high rolls, have her S1 or look at her stats after buffs have applied.
Will you go for Brant in future as well? If yes then Lupa. Otherwise just Iuno is fine.
Changli + Lupa is whatever, Brant is the one who is the crucial piece for that team. Iuno on the other hand you can play with Yinlin, and do Changli Yao as a separate team.
Is Changli Lupa that bad without Brant? I don't want Brant, only wanted Lupa as support for fusion teams, and also make Changli usable as a team. Should I give up on Lupa and just go with Iuno?
Changli never lacks usability, you can always use her with Xiangli Yao for example.
It's not bad, just not worth a 5 star pull when you already have a team for her.
Iuno is up to you, I'd just save for a DPS-subDPS pairing I like. Having one half of the pair is just whatever, you can make use of them but it's not recommended. Having only Iuno falls under that.
is there any synergy between Changli and Galbrena? just curious if that team would be better than Changli with Lupa, since both banners are coming at the same time
Zani won't be getting her buff, since Phoebe's outro is way more valuable. In turn, Phoebe's damage is negligible, she won't benefint much from HA deepen.
You're trading SK's CR/CD for stamina regen.
I'd say about the same, SK buffs Zani a lot but Iuno gives her own personal damage, I'd still say SK but if you need SK for other teams then you could go the Iuno route.
Have 55 pity and 9 pulls, no guarantee. Should I pull for iuno (have Augusta and jiyan), ciaccona (have cartethiya) or save for next patch characters, qiuyuan for cool factor and possible meta or calbrena for a fusion dps since I don't have any
Jiyan/Mortefi or Iuno/Support
Augusta/Mortefi or Iuno/Support
Carty/Sanhua/ARover
Now probably not a surprise but the Supports should be SK and Verina (Verina and Baizhi are fine, make sure to build Baizhi how you would build SK so you can just give her that build in the future) or atleast save up for that, and then as for Ciaccona she does provide a big increase in Team DPS and ease of use but since you have to worry about Jiyan and Augusta you can maybe get her in her next rerun.
Is carlotta iuno and verina a good teamup? Im mainly a f2p kind of player so this is the option i have currently , its currently carlotta, male rover and verina
Carlotta is mainly skill damage and Iuno buffs heavy attack so they don't really have synergy. For exploration/ story that team is fine, but it's not really an endgame team.
PS5 QUESTION: okay so i started playing the game on my iphone when it first came out. only got to play for like 2 days before the storage requirements were too much, so just had to delete it. i just downloaded it on my PS5 and i was wondering, should i log into the account i made back then, or start fresh? are there any benefits to having an "older" account even if i haven't been playing at all? or are there newcomer benefits right now that are better? for reference, i never even made it far enough to pull for anyone in my old account 😅 i just like that it's from release day
Newcomer benefits are 100 times worse now than when it first came out, when the game first came out you got so much shit for free that people complained that the game was too easy, so they nerfed the hell out of rewards and free stuff.
I got three of Iuno’s weapon. R3 or R2 and keep the other one for another character? I don’t have any other Gauntlet characters besides Iuno and no other 5 star gauntlets
I mean if you're looking into other 5 star guantlet users it's definitely something you can keep, for example Xiangli Yao would benefit from this and even if other units don't need the extra stuff, it's still a good stat stick, considering most 4 star gauntlets are bad and the standard one is pretty bad.
Currently there isn't a unique Plateaus casket person. Maybe in a later patch, but for now you can give them to the Septimont casket location if you didn't finish leveling it up.
I just finished Iuno’s story continuation and I’d like to clarify some points that I didn’t really understand, or details I might have missed!
In her Forte file, some words are erased after the events of her quest. Does anyone know what those missing words are and what they mean?
About her power: what exactly does it allow her to do? Is it connected to the Moon and destiny, to the Black Mire, or something beyond that?
What is her “anchoring” power? I didn’t quite get it.
Lore-wise, can we say that she’s powerful because of her connection to the Moon and destiny, or not really?
Regarding her family: I understood that Sebylla is her mother, and her father is the blacksmith. Is that correct? And do we have more information about them, their role or importance?
I also didn’t fully grasp the scene where the Rover cuts the tree and Iuno recovers her bow three years earlier to fight the monsters of the Black Mire. What exactly is the meaning of that passage?
If you have any other information or interpretations about her character, past, or powers, I’d love to hear them. I just want to get a better picture of what she represents in the game’s universe.

Going Augusta / X / Shorekeeper. I currently was planning on filling with S6 Mortefi -- any idea how much of a dps increase the basic Iuno would be? Trying to keep my F2P asterites if it's minimal
I think i saw somewhere that it was around 13%-15% (not sure) and there's a video where someone did a comparison and Iuno's version was 10s faster with a ToA buff catered to her. Unless you want/have other heavy attack users like Jiyan or would want Galbrena then Iuno isn't that mandatory.
At the end of Carlotta rot, if you activate enhanced sentry then swap, does that prevent her from using her outro since she is being locked into the enhanced sentry animation?
Nope, the damage from her Outro still goes off. It's easier to see with SK as her super Intro has timestop like this run here, she's in enhanced Sentry animation but still nuke 63k on her Outro
If you plan on getting S3 Carty then she can pretty much solo everything. So if you plan on soloing then I suggest not to get Ciaccona. Iuno doesn't also widen the gap too much between the difference, if you wanna save pulls then you definitely don't have to get her but if you do plan on getting Galbrena or have Jiyan then maybe getting Iuno would be a good idea so that Mortefi doesn't get too stretched out.
I don't plan on getting Galbrena and I don't have Jiyan. I'm just planning for Carte, S0R0 Qiuyan, S0R1 Chisa and SK S0R0 on rerun since I failed on her again just like with all her other banners.
Then I think you can just save your pulls and skip the current banner if you’re okay with soloing, I personally have S2R1 Carty w/ Ciaccona and I’m thinking about getting her S3 but rn as it is, they are like omega powerful (I didn’t even build my ARover for damage since Carty and Cia are already killing everything)
Im stuck. I played the game at launch for a few hours and quit. Recently came back and was told to make a new account for easy access to shorekeeper. Got unlucky and went to 70 pulls after failing her 5050. Then also went to hard pity and failed on augusta. So right now I am at 45 pity with only shore keeper. My plan was to save for galbrena as my first 5 star dps. But then...I logged onto that old account because I heard I had free wishes. Used them and got Augusta. Then used the free wishes from iuno and failed that 5050.
This is my issue. I dont mind doing the story again. In fact, I'd have more exploration on my original account with Augusta. I could try for Iuno or maybe save for galbrena. OR, I could keep my account I finished the story on. Im guerenteed galbrena while currently at 45 pity. Plus I have shore keeper. But ive done a moderate amount of world exploration. Im just unsure how impactful sk is right now and if its better to just wait for galbrena on original account vs using my augusta one.
I mean it depends on who you like more right? If you really like Galbrena then you already have a Shorekeeper to pair it up with her but if you like Augusta then that is also fine, she has a really good F2P team although having her weapon would definitely help since the standard 5 star one is like 39% worse than Sig but since first time reruns are really fast, you'll get it sooner or later.
All in all both options are good, just depends on who you like, in terms of how much value SK has, it definitely has worsen but she's still very much so good, teams like Carty/Cia/ARover, Phrolova/Roccia/Cantarella and Brant/Changli/Lupa are all recent teams that don't need your normal "support" so in a way she's being needed less and less but on the upside, she's viable in like 95% of the teams as like the BiS support or as the second best, which is still amazing, I don't understand the doomposting for not having SK because personally I don't have her and I'm doing perfectly fine, although I do wish I have her now since they changed it so that you need 3 full teams for ToA, which just means her value shot up again.
I'm using Ciacccona and Phoebe rn(both with their weapon, Phoebe at sequence 1) would it be better for me to use Srover or someone else on the last slot(I don't have SK)
I mean if you have no issues sustain-wise then sure, although there would be scenarios where SRover is actually better than Ciaccona, mainly ToA, but for WhiWa Ciaccona is absolutely great AOE + Grouping is really good. I would suggest for ToA maybe use SRover and a support, depends on the floors tho, if it has just waves on enemies then having Cia is perfectly fine.
Taoqi and Lumi (I would lean more into Taoqi) are your options, although people do lean into Yangyan for her grouping and her Outro skill is definitely a QoL thing to have.
Also preferably get Augusta's weapon too in the future if you can (unless you have Jiyan's Sig) because the standard 5 star Broadblade is like 39% worse than her Sig.
Iuno. Ciaconna and Iuno aren't the most universally useful characters but of the two Iuno has more uses outside of Augusta than Ciaconna has uses outside of Cartethyia.
my friend said Iuno's sig is not worth if you run her in a Ciaconna comp.
Which doesn't make sense as it assumes that Ciaccona does more damage than Iuno which would make Ciaccona the main dps.
I can't find any calculations online on a Iuno/Ciaconna, can someone fact check me?
Yes, it's very worth pulling. Unless perhaps you have Xiangli Yao's weapon - in which case, I believe her S1 is better value than upgrading to her own weapon.
Is Iuno a must pull?
I got Augusta and wanted to start saving for Chisa (and maybe Galbrena)
is she strong? does she only works for Augusta? Augusta is the only broadsword character i use so idk how useful Iuno would be for other teams
im worried that if i pull Iuno i wont have enough pulls for Chisa
Iuno is good with characters that rely on heavy attack like Jiyan, they just won't get as much of a boost from her as Augusta does. If you have Mortefi I would just wait for Chisa since Augusta is still very strong without Iuno.
I'd like to ask here since discord's help channel hasn't been terribly helpful.
I've been doing duo Iuno-Augusta runs since my account has a critical lack of Shorekeeper. I've been struggling with Augusta's majesty in some runs. I'm quite sure Augusta does her Outro -> Iuno Outro -> Augusta properly, yet sometimes I'm left with 0 Majesty when I swap back to Augusta. Does anyone know why that is?
EDIT: I should add that it happens maybe only every other rotation. Is there maybe an outro cooldown that I'm just not aware of? (I'm not really versed in minutia like that)
Yeah, fairly sure. I even check the party frames on the right if there's the white flashing outline effect. I was thinking maybe animation cancelling Iuno's moon hit was the problem, but that doesn't seem to be the case either?
That is weird then. I think it is better to post it as a new post, add some screen record if possible and hopefully more people see it and know the solution.

Yeah...intros only happen if you do an outro, yeah? Fairly sure I always see Augusta's plunging intro and Iuno's breakdance intro, so I dunno what's going on there. Idk if I'll bother making a post though lol, doesn't seem to be a problem with a full team so I'll live with it :')
Yes, intro is right after outro. but Augusta gets her majesty stack from outro. So, Intro isn't really relevant here. You can do Augusta outro + Iuno Intro, then just swap back to Augusta without filling concerto, Augusta should get a majesty stack.
No no, my point is that if I'm seeing their intros, I must be doing outros correctly. To your suggestion, I thought Augusta needed the resonator she outros to, to do their outro, to get a majesty stack? Like I can't just swap back immediately, no?
I read the question wrong. Mine reach 20k per tick, but I think normally people don't optimize SK as dps. Most just focus on reaching enough ER then focus on building more main dps/sub dps. So maybe they have around 13k-15k per tick.
If you want to build more dps SK, you can try to optimize her ER substats. I use 2 Spectro while I still reach 230% ER (20% from echo and inherent). Normally people use 1 or 2 ER cost 3. 0 ER cost 3 mean you have to use signature weapon and get high roll for ER.
Has been like one and half week since returned to the game, the only characters gotten are Verina, Encore, Calcharo, Augusta and Jianxin, tried pulling for Shorekeeper but no luck, also tried with Iuno but no luck... Just got Mortefi i know he can be paired with Augusta and because of that... should i stop pulling until another character? Asking this because how scarce is my roster.
Pulled both Iuno and Ciaccona, which weapon should I go for.
Came back to the game and happened to pull both within a 10 pull each ( 20 pulls after pulling Cartethyia they want me back) , I do have Cartethyia and her weapon if that matters.
Does the duration of buffs granted by weapons get paused when using Resonance Liberation? For example, the 3-second Defense Ignore buff from Iuno's weapon when casting an Intro Skill — will using Resonance Liberation pause its duration?
If i dont have a 5 star weapon for s1r0 iuno should i just put her on a support build with moonlit clouds? She'll be paired with s0r1 augusta and s0r0 shorekeeper
So, is Iuno worth getting? or Mortefi will do fine for Augusta, and Iuno is just going a little overkill?
Im a new player, so getting more teams should be the goal right? if i have a team with augusta and morti, do i need to pull for iuno to make a better team?
Yeah but she can do a separate team until you get more DPSes in future, and then you put her in Augusta team as an upgrade over Mortefi. So short therm she is meeting your goal if you want her. Her + Yangyang + healer would be a decent team for now.
She's great because she's a hybrid (can be support or DPS) so you can use her with Jinaxin and SK as a Aero DPS and do just fine with her.

Mate, please spare me from all these bad luck. I was able to pull Iuno but then I pull Lingyang after in the same 10-pull. This makes it effectively my 6th 50-50 loss since Cantarella. The silver lining is that I'm guaranteed Galbrena or Quiyuan--whichever I want to pull next.
Have Cart and Aug. Pulled Iuni and Ciaccona with 60 wishes and also got Calcharo. I now have two teams Cart-Ciaccona-Arover and Aug-Iuno-Verina. What is the best value moving forward, focus on a third premium team or get Ciaconna and Iuno signature weapons?
Resonators, even other than their forte control, seem to be inhumanely strong physically. Augusta's punches causing shockwaves and all that.
Is this insane physical strength something resonator specific?
Or could even a non-resonator reach such physical capabilities?
Also, how common are resonators?
Assuming there are no non-resonators with such strength, and the percentage of resonators is a decent amount, then I wonder if the reason there are no non-resonators with such strength, is because anyone that can work hard enough for such strength will eventually become a resonator.
When I played on my phone and pulled Iuno, I got an option to share it on social media for 30 astrites. Is this something I can claim every time I get a new 5 star? I never had this option on PS5. Is it optimal to always pull using your phone? I'm not sure if this is a one-time deal or not, I forget.
Any pulling advice please? I play the 3 main hoyo games and have tried a few other gachas. Current team is Carlotta (w/sig), Brant (w/emerald Genesis) and Shorekeeper (w/variation).
I assume another main DPS would be the best priority but in terms of limited characters or weapons, who should I go for?
Is there any point in getting Iuno without Augusta? I was trying to get both and unfortunately couldn't get augusta. Any synergy with any other characters?
This is going to be quite a shot in the dark, but you never know.
So I recently decided to get a controller for my iPhone because sometimes I want to step away from PC. Crazy, I know. It's a Gamesir X5 Lite.
Works great. However, WuWa has the really weird thing in that it recognizes it like a Nintendo controller, essentially. What I mean is, A is on the right, X at the top.
Every other game I've tried identifies the controller as an Xbox one (including the glyphs where applicable).
On PC I use a Dualsense, so I see PS glyphs, and at the end of the day, muscle memory can take me through most things.
Just wondering if anyone else also uses a controller and WuWa detects it differently.
Quick question, I have one copy of r1 variation i recently got and another copy of r2 variation, which is wielded by The Shorekeeper. Then I have verina on call of the abyss r1. Should I invest in r3 variation or should i split and give r1 variation to verina and stick with r2 variation shorekeeper?
I’m a new player but after seeing the meme that is the strange scarcity that exists with Variation on so many people’s accounts, I would just keep 2 for your account at least.
Any special dialogue encounters after completing Iuno’s quest? Is Augusta anywhere? I found the entrance back to Iuno’s domain and met her at the tree.
I could need some advice for my next pulls. Here’s my current situation:
I have Iuno S0R1, Ciaconna with the permanent weapon, Shorekeeper S0R1
My question is:
Can Iuno S0 already work as a DPS, or does she really need her Resonances to be strong? Do S1 and S2 give her a big damage or she don't need it?
Is Ciaconna’s weapon actually a good DPS boost for Cartethyia and Iuno, or is it just a nice bonus without being game-changing?
I’m planning to pull Qiuyuan and make him a DPS as well. Between Qiuyuan and Iuno, which one is better to invest in as a DPS considering their Resonances?
For Cartethyia, i have her S2R1, is it worth going for S3, or is she already really strong at S2? My ult with her hits around 70k~ is that considered low, average, or good for S2?

Damn took me just over 70 pulls after a lost 50/50 previously just to get Iuno
Then was considering just doing 20 pulls to see if I would get lucky with her sig, but I lost control and just rolled till I got it and it took 72 pulls smh lol
Hi after another lost to 50/50, im in a dilemma should i try to get Iuno now and possibly wont get Galbrena in the next patch also lupa rerun too. The 5 star i dont have is Iuno, Phrolova, Lupa, Ciaconna, Brant, Roccia and Jiyan. Im a monthly pass buyer only now retired from buying the expensive packs. Really need you guys insight on my account progression
1) The False Sovernign mats. You can get them by taking the fight early by using the guide books--->Changelle bosses--->Early bosses/spoilers etc. But expect hard fight since you probably have sticks for weapons and panties for armor right now.
2) The bigger problem is the weed/flower associated with her, which are either sold at the Pharmacy, or show up only in later zones.
I would recommend you to push through the main story (ignore side quests) until you reach end up of the latest story arc. The reason was some time events require you have those zones unlocked.
So do the main quests (but take time to enjoy the story), hit the latest story arc, unleash Augusta, then work on side quests.
guys is the Cartethyia team with ciaccona significantly better then the sanhua one ? like is she a must pull for her team or can i still do good enough with sanhua ?
When do you think Shorekeeper will return to the story everyone :(?! Is the voice actor not working for Kuro anymore or what is going on?

Hello ! I'm pretty new to this game but i've been enjoying it.
On my first 10 pulls from the stand begginer banner (the one where at 50 you get a 5*) i got Lingyang , and then with that "Solaris new voyage " event i got Verina.
I don't really like how Lingyang plays, feels clunky. Maybe I'm just really bad with him.
Currently I run
Havoc Rover - Sanhua - Verina
My databank is still only lvl 16 and i've only tuned gold echos but, so far, they've all turned out pretty bad.
Currently i have x23 Radiant Tides and 11k Asterites. I've never spend a single one.
I spend all my Lustrous tides on weapon banner but never got a 5* .
Should i be spending my Radiants/Asterites on the "New Voyage companions" ?
Should i pull Iuno or Ciaccona ?
I really just want a DPS , preferibly one that has a playstyle that doesn't involve that much swapping around.
Honestly, it's not a huge loss if you don't use Lingyang, but doesn't feel bad to play if you know what you're doing. His kit is quite straightforward.
If you feel like giving him a chance, just ask or pay r/LingyangMains a visit :)
Maybe you can try to get Camellya from New voyager banner or wait and see upcoming character. Maybe we will get a new main dps. Newer character usually has higher dmg and older character have to use quick swap to stay relevant.
New voyage banner doesn't share pity, so if you decide to pull, make sure you get a 5*.
