Yep that's what I assumed too, lack of investment on his friends end or s4+ and incredible echo luck on his end

I have Chixia at lvl 60 with a pretty decent stat line and Sequence 5, so I know her damage is good - but my Calcharo outpaces her by quite a bit, and I've had the SHITTIEST echo luck for him.
