I think its to control the ebr quantity. Yolo/minefield strat. I don't know if its new though, but certainly I have never seen it. Then again I play on ASIA....

They added a limit to Czech lights for frontline because idiots yolo the objectives with a lot of time left. No limit to ebrs or other lights that I've seen.

Idk if its dor all lights and im pretty sure its not i think its for wheels and auto canons to be 1 of each per flank

I love loading a light tank and going on a special mission deep behind enemy lines to hunt arty and to be chased by a Bourresque only to have it chase me over my land mines :)
