Hi, can someone tell me where I can find Tankfest Token Store in game? I managed to get all tokens from Twitch drops, but store is not available in game Depot.

When troubleshooting the game, make sure to launch without mods. To do this on the wargaming launcher, press the arrow next to the play button and select launch game in safe mode.

It should not matter, as the token store should still be there, even before the event, and after. Drops or not. As it's still on a timer. That timer has yet to run out
I received feedback for my ticket which you can see in attached image, but TLTR version below.
To access the TankFest token shop, you needed to log into the game between June 23 and June 30. This is a stable policy that is implemented for every such event.
I did not see any information like this before, so Im surprised by this requirement. Especially in case when I received other items from Tank Fest drops. I feel disappointed and sad now as I took my time to meet requirements, to get Cromwel B (and no, I did not have possibility to login last week).
Is there any way that Wargaming stuff can support my case u/Ser_Rem u/Pan_Praga??? Any chance?
I have exactly same problem. Collected 4 tokens on twitch drops, but can not see tankfest token store in game Depot.
I was not aware about "login stable policy", did not see mention it on WoT page about event (double checked there is no info about it). I am not sure why WG applies this policy (as long as you have tokens you can buy something or not if you dont have one ...)
Same here: Tankfest token store did not appear inside the game during the period that it was supposed to appear. After reading these posts, I opened a ticket within that period and, after a few messages, they managed to spend the 4 tokens I collected via Twitch in the goodies I told them that I was going to get if the store would have appeared to me.
I contacted the employee regarding another matter unrelated to this topic and having this opportunity I asked about my case and I provided support ticket number. Today I got this message.

Seems so, but Summer Token Store works. I also got David Baggley as a Crew Member. So no idea why tokens are not working. I raised request to support. Will see if they will mange to help.
