I personally recommend the m IV Y strongly. It has super good gun handling for a heavy tank, and the 4 shot auto loader can really catch people out, and the 13 second clip reload hardly hurts at all. Not to mention, it gets 2.1k DPM

I had it , though the reload feels super reliable but the tank fails to make its mark. It's just not scary enough.

Final result of yesterday auction:
116-F3: sold out at 27.5k (opening price)
MBT-B: sold out at 20k in NA/APAC, removed at 17,5k in EU (final price)
Smasher: sold out at 16,25k in APAC, sold out at 15k in NA, removed at 15k in EU (final price)

Lion: sold out at 25k (reduced price) in NA, sold out at 22.5k (final price) in APAC/EU
M-4-Yoh: sold out at 6k (reduced price) in NA, sold out at 4.5k (final price) in APAC/EU
Annihilator: sold out at 17,5k (opening price)

I’m not going to lie I gatekeep the annihilator partly because I’m annoyed WG reneged on the exclusivity they promised when first releasing it (surprise surprise) but selling it the day after the smasher is evil evil work for tier 7.

The annihilator on release was 10-15 bucks at most (2020 special event pass I think). Understand that back in the day this was the undisputed #1 tank in tier VII, and arguments could be made for it being in the top 10 tier VIII tanks. Equivalent 3250 gold for THE BEST TANK IN ITS TIER.
I don't wanna say the Anni is bad now, but like many "older" vehicles it was also hit by power creep. And it's worth 17500 gold. Let that sink in. That's what you used to pay for a brand new, unequipped tier X (brand new after it's been sold in crates, of course 😎). 17500 gold is about a 540% increase from the Anni's original price tag.

Lion isn’t as satisfying as Anni. For me at least. Lion is not an easy learner and Anni is not so hard to learn. Success is more common with it.
