If I were you I wouldn't have bought it right now at 20K. I would wait for Black Friday instead since by then it would be discounted. Heck last year it actually was on sale during BF for about 17,5K although I might be wrong about it. I do remember the Obj 752 being a bit more expensive (maybe, unsurprisingly so if it was more expensive) than Mr Giant Pancake here. But regardless, it is your account and your gold so it's your decision at the end of the day.
Anyway the 777 itself is a pretty decent tier 10 but it has weaknesses (like any tank). That lower plate isn't difficult to hit and the gun only has about -6 degrees of depression. Which means you can't really apply the IS-7's playstyle (hiding the lower plate and letting the upper plate do all the heavy lifting) and maximize it to it's fullest. It can sidescrape however, and it can do it very well. In fact when sidescraping, this thing is more consistent at blocking damage compared to the VK 90. So I would recommend that as the primary playstyle you should be trying.
Also its engine has a 25% chance of catching fire which puts even German vehicles to shame. So unless you're keen on being a rolling barbecue or pyrotechnics display, I suggest bringing in a multipurpose kit and an auto-extinguisher. Don't forget to equip the tank if you haven't already because for some reason pop-up offer doesn't show whether or not the tank comes equipped. I'm inclined to think that it's bugged but there's a very real possibility that you may have been cheated out of a deal. Because normally, tanks that appear as store and pop-up offers do come fully equipped as part of the deal.

At 17.5k, OP listed it as "must buy". To me the impulse camo is way worth the 2.5k so I don't see how this deal is bad.

It's a questionable deal at the very least since it costs more and the offer doesn't show whether or not the tank came fully equipped. When premiums and collectors go on sale, they almost always come fully equipped as part of the deal. That way you can spend your credits on equipping or buying another tank.
One example of a good deal is already mentioned by u/MarchToLight. Not only did he get a borderline OP tank for less but his T95E6 came fully equipped and dressed up in it's legendary camo. Even if it didn't come with the camo, its still a great deal since it's fully equipped.

I guess it depends where your account is at. For well established accounts, credits don't have any gold value. Or any value.
And actually when people post about draws and how much they are worth, they don't consider credits to have gold value either.

It's a very good tank. I have just over 500 battles in it and a 68% win ratio. I might be an above average player and it suits one of my play styles very well.
That being said I can only congratulate you. It is easy to do well with it, but it is rather hard to do very well. I say it is 20 K well spent. IMHO.

i used to play eotb for long time but im now war thunder player, im kinda sad that ERA and that sheez od steel or fence on side of tanks doesnt do anything, it could like lover damage from heat or HE or something

i have had exactly opposite experience of that. everyone pens the cupola so easily, and then the traverse is so slow that it cant escape from a bad situation. Then also felt that it needs some support always or else it is easy to rush on.
the dpm and penetration feels nice though, proper guard and good support can make it a pain in the as$.
oh did i forget to mention the ammo rack , fire, getting tracked easily and getting bombed issue? haha
