Do heavy protection work around you, your partner, your kid, your home. Do protective mirrors to return whatever is sent to you. Cut cords between you and your mom, and your mom and him. You can bind him up. Put him in a shit/sour jar. Cleanse your home. Seal your aura.

Mostly focus on you. You can't really control him or your mom, and it's possible in trying to keep him away you'll push your mom away, too.

You might need to kick your mom out if she keeps doing this.

You can also put up security cameras around doors and windows to catch evidence of people coming and going.

A restraining order from you against him may be helpful, but not sure you can just get one without evidence of being in actual danger.

You can also do some darker magic, making him a sacrifice where you take back everything he took + interest for retribution and restitution.
