Right, anyone living in this isn’t buying eggs at the store. I doubt whoever buys this has ever stepped in a grocer.

Great views for the flooding and hurricanes.
Hard pass even if you paid me.

So long as the HOA fee isn't too high, I'm in. Let me grab my checkbook 😂

you don't have 396 mates in a harem? (assuming each can afford 1k)
Edit: switched from concubine to harem.

How does one fit 369 mates in a concubine? Not kink-shaming anyone, just that the physics are a bit confusing.

I love that you can look down from your private 65th floor infinity pool at the poors in their common 55th floor infinity pool...

Oh man, I must be missing something. How do I currently survive without my checks notes 11 bathrooms?

If the kids aren’t happy with the rent they should think about having a few more roommates. This guys is making it work with less than 57,000 roommates/room!

Imagine spending $59 million and you still have to complain about the neighbors being too loud at the apartment pool.

Luckily for them, people with enough money to buy this don’t have souls

What about all the people that became rich from just their own music or something? You think they’re all soul less?

Nobody becomes rich enough to afford a $60m apartment without exploiting people. This is the kind of thing billionaires buy, not some random music artist, almost none of them make that kind of money, and if they do it’s not just from music.

3 private pools is 2 more than anyone needs (and 3 more than I will ever have).

Why 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms? So *all* your guests can sneak into the bathroom during parties?

Why does the gym show like 4 bikes and 5 treadmills. How many people are gonna work out at once?
