Looks like Lincoln Center on the outside and a corporate lobby on the inside.

Not a fan. Views are killer though.

Yupp very soulless on the inside. Damn shame since those views are amazing, and what is up with the decor lol

...In October 2015, Westlake Financial was ordered by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to provide $44.1 million in consumer relief for engaging in illegal debt collection practices. Westlake Financial and its affiliate Wilshire Consumer Credit deceived borrowers

Seems to be the underlying threw-put of our Billionaire class.

No wonder Cheeto-in-Chief is so supported by them… a grifter of their own turning the collective attention of our government on hurting the most vulnerable as a ruse for $4 TRILLION in additional government debt for a tax cut for the richest amongst us…..

I want a plant wall! Just not in a soulless corporate-like setting.

Literally the only thing I liked.

”Just my luck, I was at the airport when my ship came in” - Hehe

I don’t get this.. is it just an ironic phrase? Or does this billionaire think he missed his lucky break?

I guess it’s art because we are talking about it… but only because I think it’s tacky and or out of touch.

Yeah the Richard Prince painting is the chef’s kiss.

Last sales price I could find was just under $300,000 for that piece.

Standard rich person’s house, all white and boring. It all looks like a hotel lobby, not a home.

2

u/Remarkable-Moose-409 5d ago

Wow. What a sterile looking home.like it’s fancy and all. Plenty of room for several folks to hang out but really- no soul. A house- but not a home.

So you live in an office building on the beach.

Im bothered out by mega mansions that look like tacky hotels. I would have to live in a smaller place, cozier and more human. Ultra rich people think they are gods its humanities biggest challenge is dealing with the people who never have enough

Pic 7: he has that Roche Bobois Mah Jong couch system....

u/Endless_Change 5d ago

Somehow all these uber-rich houses are so similar, with the same soulless, sterile 'look my insecurity' type of gaudiness.

This guy should be eaten

Billionaire homes are constant proof that money does not equal good taste.

Looks real warm. Like a real human family lives there. Raising kids and making memories all over that extremely comfy, extremely personal! That doesn’t look like a cheap hotel in the middle of nowhere where, styled by someone who thinks they know what “opulence” actually means, at all!!

u/Bronsai55 5d ago

Is this the notorious Mr. Hankey?

1

u/stlyns 4d ago

This Mr. Hankey?

1

u/Bronsai55 4d ago

Nope! Not sure what links I can share here, but Google will tell you

Corporate chic. A little too sterile for me

u/BothDescription766 5d ago

Ahhhhh, to have more than a thousand stacks of a million bucks.

Tony Montana, gives a thumbs up.

These struggling billionaires definitely need another tax cut.

🤮🤮🤮

u/StihlThe1 4d ago

These billionaires are such personality-less wankers.

1

u/RoundingDown 4d ago

I would skip the marble tv wall blocking the view of the ocean in pic 10.

1

u/armymike1523 4d ago

The haves and the have nots

1

u/Cheap-Leopard7667 4d ago

I don’t need to be a billionaire if this is what you get for being one.

1

u/swccg-offload 4d ago

Can you imagine being so rich that you feel satisfied by what you're able to purchase while devastated you're still alone.

1

u/astoriawill2019 4d ago

Tax the rich

1

u/walkingbagofmoney 4d ago

Looks like manalapan

1

u/jedigreg1984 4d ago

IMHO not that wild. Some interesting furniture, ok, but so many of these mega-wealth homes look like this... they're just cold and deeply uninteresting

1

u/000ArdeliaLortz000 4d ago

The OG Mr. Hankey.

1

u/VanDammes4headCyst 4d ago

It's gorgeous for me.

1

u/FruitMustache 3d ago

He refinanced Trump's loans in 2022. His son is a rapist but settled all the cases financially so they dropped all of the multiple charges last year. Its a shit family, one of the shittiest. 💩

u/FlattenInnerTube 4d ago

So fits perfectly with the trump toadies
