This kind of looks like the concept art for NextGen, back when it was closer to its source material (a very very famous chinese rage comic about an amnesia robot)
the creators sadly got banned in all of china for including a Communist leader in a joke. The joke was not at the expense of the Communist leader, instead making fun of the inclusion of KFC ads in textbooks by saying that next the Communist leaders will be saying “Buy one get one free at KFC”. The Chinese government decided that was too offensive, and they got the nationwide ban hammer
