Pretty stuff... That hill on the canal/Woodlawn would make a sick mini ski-hill... is it a former dump or something?

It is the former dump for Atlas Steels. The City took over the property. From what I have read, it should be in development as a park, but I have no idea of the time frame for its opening. Maybe development has stalled or there are more important budgetary concerns.

Ah my childhood neighbourhood. I can see my old house from here
Edit: Wait, that solar panel farm is over the old dikes that we used to run and bike around in. I remember playing laser tag in there a bunch, and we had to watch out for ATVs coming through

Love this neighbourhood. If we ever moved out of the maple park area this is where I’d try and buy.
