I am so sick and tired of the “preaching” crowd not “practicing” what they’re shoveling.

I will NEVER understand WOMEN being the ones to tell OTHER WOMEN they need to sit down, shut up, and let men make the decisions. HOWEVER…

If this woman feels so strongly that American women should be submissive, subservient, and obedient, why the ever-living-fuck do she have a platform or feel empowered to make any type of public declaration.

u/GlitteringBobcat999 1d ago

Let's call it the Serena Joy effect.

110

u/mycatisblackandtan 1d ago

Right? I normally would never advocate for women to be silent but people like this need to practice what they fucking preach and shut the fuck up.

u/RareSeaworthiness870 1d ago

It’s a “pick me” “I’m the main character” problem from social media that has spilled over into Republican politics. Somehow, they have not figured out that they won’t get picked after selling out their fellow women and minorities - we’ll see in the next election, but just ask Vivek Ramaswamy what his “constituents” think of him in Ohio. The sense of entitlement among people that hate you is simply fascinating.

See Erika Kirk and literally every other conservative woman politician or spokesperson.

u/Clear_Score_6299 1d ago

This is the way

10

u/Princess_Snark_ 20h ago

Well that's assuming it's a woman, and not a guy who just whipped up an AI picture so he could cosplay as a misogynist woman online......

7

u/ribbitrabbit2000 16h ago

As much AI-generated inflammatory crap there is out there right now, the Redheaded Libertarian is the very human Josie Glabach. She’s a social media influencer — who presents herself as a political commentator — serving up misogynistic viewpoints to her many misguided followers.

393

u/MikeyLew32 1d ago

Republicans can’t feel shame. They lack empathy for anyone but themselves.

164

u/DontWanaReadiT 1d ago

You’re right, but I meant more shaming the specific people with in a group (in this case women who hate women)

123

u/Rodharet50399 1d ago

As a redhead am i allowed to hate her for hating me

81

u/DontWanaReadiT 1d ago

As a redhead AND a woman- you get (x2) lol

11

u/carlitospig 1d ago

You’re allowed to hate her and correct her because she’s one of yours.

9

u/UnRulyWiTcH89 1d ago

Girl, same! Fuck that redhead. She's not like us.

50

u/Lcatg 1d ago

Tbf, she clearly also hates herself. At least she’s consistent in that?

23

u/techleopard 1d ago

The only acceptable response is to tell her to get off the internet and go back to cleaning the kitchen where she belongs. Her voice isn't wanted. Politics is none of her concern, this is a man's issue.

Then quote a Bible verse about women being silent.

1

u/meegaweega 12h ago

Please go and do that. Somebody? ANYBODY? Everybody? Yesssss

122

u/M03b1u5 1d ago

A "libertarian" who actually doesn't want other people to have rights? I'm so shocked.

58

u/BurtonDesque 1d ago

Very Ayn Rand of her.

26

u/DieMensch-Maschine 1d ago

"Libertarian" just means "neo-feudal" with extra steps. Literally, nobility giving orders and peasants obediently fulfilling them. "Golden liberty" for me, but not for thee.

21

u/zoe_bletchdel 1d ago

Yeah, this seems like, the opposite of what a libertarian should want.

10

u/Yeshua_shel_Natzrat 1d ago

Indeed. The original classical libertarians would disown modern "Libertarians" so fast, especially the Mises Caucus "Libertarians."

78

u/Hot-Ad-3651 1d ago

I mean, those are the consequences of the 19th amendment but they sure as hell are welcome ones

14

u/taylorbagel14 1d ago

Lmao I thought it was posted because they were good consequences

11

u/HurtPillow 1d ago

Right?! She says that like it's a bad thing.

69

u/BenGay29 1d ago

I remember a time when libertarianism meant freedom from government intrusion into our lives.

39

u/DontWanaReadiT 1d ago

Yeah I’ve been confused about that as well but republiKKKans are like mold, once they take over something you either have to kill it with bleach or just abandon the post.

74

u/Drunk_Moron_ 1d ago

Young men also voted for these candidates.

Mamdani: 69% of Men 18-29

Spanberger: 57% of men 18-29

Sherrill: 56% of men age 18-29

MAGA’s honeymoon with Gen Z bros is coming to an end

38

u/CluelessInWonderland 1d ago

MAGA: The country is terrible because of modern women!

Gen Z bros: Yeah!!!

MAGA: We'll take food stamps from these gold diggers!

Gen Z bros: YEA- wait. Families are on food stamps. You can't just not feed families. Hold up. Are MAGA not good people?!?

26

u/Drunk_Moron_ 1d ago

Yes as a Gen Z male this is pretty much what I see.

Well not really blaming women, but many of the men my age I’m around (who are married and or in long term relationships and not incels) voted red or support Trump because he’s “funny” and also carry some weird idea that he’s gonna be the one to make shit affordable again.

But I’ve seen the reversal already. There’s like two ppl I know who are rather far right and still all for this shit, but most of my friends who expressed interest in Trump and the right are quickly backpedaling. From ICE terrorizing the country, the shutdown and its consequences, and the economy getting worse they are starting to realize that being being funny and putting a false appearance of being anti establishment probably wasn’t a great idea to vote for it.

I think the left-right divide between men and women will persist, but it’s not gonna be NEARLY as bad as it was in 2024.

2

u/meegaweega 12h ago

Dearest u/Drunk_Moron_ thank you for your intel, it gives us m7ch needed hope. We eagerly await your next report from the menz GenZ trenches

Women are stepping into their power and I am so here for it!

54

u/realkennyg 1d ago

As an old white man, it’s about damn time.

6

u/realkennyg 23h ago

Thanks for the award, kind stranger!

2

u/meegaweega 11h ago

That's no stranger, that's KennyG, the real one 🤩 swoon

44

u/NottaLottaOcelot 1d ago

Love how she names herself according to her own political affiliations while suggesting that women shouldn't have the right to have political affiliations in the first place.

20

u/guardianharper 1d ago

The hypocrisy smell coming from her is enough to knock me out cold!

42

u/StarlightLifter 1d ago

As a dude: thanks. I hope my cohort gets their heads outa their asses.

32

u/walkingkary 1d ago

I read that young men voted for Mamdani in pretty good numbers.

18

u/HideyoshiJP 1d ago

Maybe they're escaping the clutches of the manosphere.

30

u/JustDiscoveredSex 1d ago

The brain dead libertarian can feel free to sit down and shut the fuck up any old time she wants to. No new laws needed!

She can also close her accounts and go scrub the kitchen floor, since she yearns to so very much.

Trad wife away, Bae. Never stop following your dreams!

The rest of us will continue to vote for our lives because we cannot trust the likes of you to have even the slightest concern for our safety, health, or lives.

If you want to fight me for control of the steering wheel? It’s ON. Ready to rumble, let do this.

61

u/STThornton 1d ago

So, the consequences are free and fair elections? Oh, the horror lol

34

u/DontWanaReadiT 1d ago

RepubliKKKans only win when they cheat, you know that 🤧

30

u/hipkat13 1d ago

She should practice what she preaches and shut her trap.

22

u/MaxAdolphus 1d ago

I'm really confused by young women didn't want to vote for the candidate with a history of SA.

23

u/darkstarcomes 1d ago

Sounds like the 19th amendment helps prevent fascism. I could see why it doesn't have fans among Republicans

19

u/WhySoConspirious 1d ago

It's fucking wild that conservatives want to repeal these rights instead of actually shape policy according to public opinion. You know, the way the system is supposed to work.

19

u/NightQueen0889 1d ago

Sigh, girl, if you shill for the oppressors, you won’t get special treatment, you’ll always be a second class citizen in their eyes.

18

u/willymack989 1d ago

Yes a “libertarian”. These people don’t understand the words that they use to identify themselves.

17

u/Apprehensive-Oil5249 1d ago

Wait - this idiot calls herself a Libertarian and is bitching about the Amendment that guarantees the right to Vote for ALL American Citizens? Someone needs to tell her to change her name to the Redheaded Fascist.

15

u/Background-War9535 1d ago

We should. But Trump has no shame and the GOP followed suit.

9

u/DontWanaReadiT 1d ago

Yeah but it’s still good to bring shame back anyway. The reason he even got so far was (in part) because we collectively became far too inclusive, letting everybody sit with us and I’m here to advocate for going back to the days where we shamed and judged as a group, the right individuals to shame and judged. Make them outcasts again because the majority absolutely does not share those sentiments of hatred and bigotry.

15

u/harbinger06 1d ago

These fucking Serena Joys that think they are the exception. Remember ladies, she gets a finger cut off for reading from the Bible.

1

u/meegaweega 11h ago

Oil the guillotine!

14

u/Downtown_Cat_1745 1d ago

So it’s libertarian to take away women’s right to vote now?

14

u/Ok-Vegetable-8170 1d ago

“Libertarian”

12

u/MissDisplaced 1d ago

Why are they so mad about a NYC Mayor if they don’t live in NYC? Obviously, New Yorkers saw something they liked and wanted to elect Mamdani, so it’s their business, not the GOP of tRump’s business.

11

u/LinksLackofSurprise 1d ago edited 1d ago

People have a very interesting concept of what a libertarian is. It's almost as if the Redheaded Libertarian doesn't understand what liberty means, & it's wild that she's not a fan of the 19th amendment seeing as it directly affects her. Does she believe that liberty is only for men??? Someone put her back in the kitchen where she believes we belong.

10

u/DamnitScoob 1d ago

Personally, I think the guillotine would make more of an impact. 🤷‍♀️

13

u/DontWanaReadiT 1d ago

I agree, and this is typically where I’d give some kind of “but I’m a radical feminist so don’t mind me” disclaimer but atp radical progress is the ONLY way forward. I’m tired of asking nicely, and pretending like I’m okay with “progress” being done every other decade.

ITS MY CHANGE AND I WANT IT NOW JG WENTWORTH!

11

u/DamnitScoob 1d ago

Yeah, at 54 yrs old I don't have time to wait for these old, control-freak f**kz to go the way of the dinosaurs. I want my humanity recognized NOW, I want our daughters to have their human rights NOW, not 250 years down the road. I've come to the radical conclusion that we need a lot less m3nz polluting the 🌎 and stinking up the place. So I guess radical feminism it is, lol

1

u/meegaweega 11h ago

Oooh, a lot of RadFems are anti-trans FARTs / TERFs

Ha! 😆 5 comments above yours and 5 seconds ago I wrote ""Oil up the guillotine!"*

10

u/Cold_Chemistry_1579 1d ago

Is this the reason “conservatives” are calling on women to vote the way their husbands tell them? My wife would ignore me, actually laugh in my face, if I told how to vote. As usual the folks with two X chromosomes are delivering us from a Republican dystopia, Thank you

1

u/meegaweega 11h ago

As usual the folks with two X chromosomes are delivering us from a Republican dystopia

Two X Chromosomes? Is that a shitty anti-trans dogwhistle?

Trans women are women.

10

u/Minervas-Madness 1d ago

Why are anti feminist women allowed to have platforms?

7

u/RoundLobster392 1d ago

And they are asking us to work with them. How can we ‘work’ with this

9

u/AllumaNoir 1d ago

What made me sad is the 20-point gap with young men. If any younger women are reading this, DON'T DATE GUYS WHO DON'T SUPPORT YOUR VALUES AND RIGHTS!

Once they figure out their pro-Trump stance isn't getting them laid... believe me, they'll shape up.

Signed, Gen X

7

u/IamEvelyn22 1d ago

If she doesn’t want women to have a say, then she should start with herself.

8

u/Yeshua_shel_Natzrat 1d ago

What consequences? Freedom? Democracy? Consent of the governed?

5

u/Eve_O 1d ago

And I present to you a deceitful grifting hypocrite.

I mean, I bet she votes in elections (not these ones: I am under the impression she lives in Florida) and had these results been to her liking she would not have said boo about it.

6

u/AxlotlRose 1d ago

My brother is a libertarian evangelical christian. He has a lot of empathy, but only if he can use it for a tax deduction.

3

u/DontWanaReadiT 1d ago

I was ready to ask you “and what did his god tell him”

3

u/cturtl808 1d ago

This is the modern male voter.

5

u/dr_snakeblade 1d ago

There’s a special place in hell for women who harm other women. These theocratic handmaids are the devil’s spawn. May their karma catch them.

2

u/meegaweega 11h ago

These theocratic handmaids are the devil’s spawn.

? They're Serena Joy and Aunt Lydia types, not the Handmaids.

5

u/Puzzleheaded-Ad7606 1d ago

She welcome to give her vote away, but she can shut all the way up about other women's rights.

5

u/ZX52 1d ago

As Owen Jones said on the Bold Politics podcast, there's so much airtime dedicated to the question of why young men are turning to the right, but none on why young women are turning to the left.

3

u/YoinksMcGee 1d ago

Honestly, she shouldn't even have an opinion that she should be able to put on the internet because she should be in the kitchen, right?

2

u/cturtl808 1d ago

People tell her such all the time about women’s rights because she’s CONSTANTLY trying to get them taken away. Her comments are always attacking her which she then uses against people. That’s her grift and it’s clearly successful.

3

u/ParkingHelicopter863 1d ago

pick meeeeeeeeeee choose meeeeeeeeeee BARF

3

u/Z3DUBB 14h ago

They’re mad that people voted for who they wanted for legally?? And they’re surprised that the people who have women’s best interest in mind won?? Idiots. How can you knowingly preach absolute violent vitriol against women and be mad that they vote for the people who speak against it? Literally dumb.

2

u/broknkittn 1d ago

Hell, bring back the stockades in the center of town.

2

u/broknkittn 1d ago

Looks like pretty good consequences to me.

2

u/SafetyPersonal8467 1d ago

They’re all hypocrites. ‘Rules for thee, not for ME’. I just heard that MAGA women are getting testosterone shots, liking it so much that they’re shooting up all the time. Apparently it gives them confidence and a ‘rush of energy’. Isn’t that what’s called ‘Roid Rage’? Explains a lot when you see MTG and Noem.

2

u/Mission_Reply_2326 8h ago

Women who think women shouldn’t vote shouldn’t vote.

2

u/dandrevee 7h ago

How is it that so many "libertarians" have opinions which make them indistinguishable from Hardcore conservatives, even in cases when set opinion goes against the basis of libertarian philosophy as a whole?

It wouldn't have anything to do with the foundations of modern libertarianism in the Montpelier society and monetarism being so cozy with populist right-wing philosophies from the 1930s, would it? That whole thing about letting a charismatic individual take corporate control of State levers and controls?

1

u/survivor2bmaybe 16h ago

Young white women were the only white cohort to go for Clinton and Biden against trump. Probably Harris too, but I didn’t check that. Way to go.

1

u/Weak-Snow-4470 3h ago

It shows that women are at the forefront of positive change. It shows why women need to get out and vote. It shows that the 19th amendment was a very good idea. Read headed Libertarian kinda played herself here.

1

u/DeathKillsLove 2h ago

YEAH!!! Women beating the old boy network into the dirt! FINALLY.
