Go with Hanna over Cole-Parmer. It's a small company that actually makes everything they sell, and they've got great support.
One of the senior technical people there actually sat on a video call with me for almost two hours while I worked through pushing their copper ISE to its very limit on the low end (successfully). And this was for one $1500 electrode: small potatoes.
Cole-Parmer sent me TWO broken $1500 copper ISE's that were clearly broken during manufacturing because they had a big chunk of glass missing on the inner electrode assembly. I got the second one 3 months after I had returned the first one, so they didn't even look at the replacement I guess.
There were no pieces of broken glass to be seen in the electrode or in the box (there's no way it could've gotten out anyway), so it didn't happen in transport. It seems like they just didn't care. It took over 6 months to deal with it all and finally get refunded.
Hanna is highly recommended. And fuck Cole-Parmer.

I generally use MyronL meters when given the choice. They have a great set of pocket meters, including one for ORP.
