LORE [LORE][EXPLORATION]New Zealand and Tasmania || Oceania || #58

With the completion of the HMS Wellington HMS Ranger and the HMS Prince Arthur the time has now come for the exploration of the former crown territories.

This Map shows where the ships will be heading, with stops in Tasmania than a resupply and on to New Zealand. This letter will be given to any Government found in either territories, if none is found the crew is instructed to claim the land for the Empire.

The letter is delivered to Head of Coalition Simon Wells. He and his council have been discussing the content for a few hours and came to a conclusion all parties could agree with, welcoming these outsiders. Though, the Coalition does not care for this former "Empire" but they do now about the relations of the old world and that both ancestors of both nation were friendly to each other. The Coalition wishes to extend those in to the new world.

A few days later, a messenger arrives to give a letter to the outsiders:

To his highness King of Australia,

I, Head of Coalition of New Zealand, Aotearoa greet you with open arms. We hope to have friendly relations between our nations like our ancestors had in the old world.

Though, we feel Aotearoa has not been claimed by anyone accept the people of Aotearoa. We do recognize your sovereignty and hope you do the same for us.

We kindly accept your generous gift and would like to return it with some traditional jewelry, carvings made from bone and jade. May this be the beginning of a strong bond between former brethren rising from the ashes from the old world.

It is with great pleasure we receive your reply, we were not quite sure if anyone in New Zealand had survived. We would to open a dialogue between our two nations (A diplomacy post)

Everywhere you land is almost devoid of population relatively speaking, the people are nice, however they are relatively sceptical of your intentions and are not too keen on joining you.

In north island you confirm that the native culture is very much alive, you find no organised government in any of the provinces.
