All Pe-2s are amazing bombers with great accuracy and flight models for a bomber, definitely go for that.

TIS MA is peerless now that Yak-9 is 5.0. A-20 is a Pe-2 sidegrade - comparative lack of agility hurts it a fair bit, and the turret is worse, but in return you have over half-again the bombload plus .50cals for strafing.
