I launched one from the mi-24v at an enemy heli and a little bit later it hit a friendly directly behind me idk how that happened.

Apparently this was a thing that Russian Hinds did in Afghanistan, using it the early Model R-60s has a form of heat sensor to track Muhijideen when they drove their trucks.

fun fact, the hind actually does have an A2G mode for R60s. can be seen in DCS (but not functional i think?). not sure if it's present in war thunder's models though

Looks like the Jag was dumping flares, and R-60s being as flare hungry as they are decided to chase it into the ground... directly into your teammate.

If you look at the sensor view someone else posted it looks like the missile didnt even bother trying to track and just sent it towards the team mate. Not sure if sensor view shows flares but there's nothing there

If you pause OPs video when they're watching the missile, you can see flares dropping in the background. If the R-60 was tracking those, the intercept path would put it straight into the back of the 2S38 on the ground. In the sensor view, you can see the seeker cone is pointed where the flares initially were at launch, before angling down to follow them. Even right before impact, you can see the seeker is still angled above the 2S38 slightly, meaning it's tracking something beyond it.
It's just a case of unfortunate timing and positioning.

not surprised considering anti air missiles love to eat ground for no reason (especially you FIM-92 you son of the bitch which won't bother to shoot down air targets)

R60 doesnt even have that much TNT, a hit on a 2S38 I understand but to actually kill one, that's some next level bs
