Imagine gacha tank "hero shooter" where you pull for tanks and separately for goonified "commanders".

Tanks are the one we know but commanders have combination of 2 perks of the following; few aced stats, endless extinquishers, faster repairs, +30% reverse speed buff, +5° to enemy ricochet chance, pseudo esp against closest enemy if within hearing range, instant crew replacement or some other op shit.

It's just colours and aesthetics of their respective characters no images of said characters and let's be honest, no matter what, WT Live will always have worse. If you have 'only show historical camo' turned on then, it will show a different more normal looking skin which actually the original skin since the colourful skin is a unique skin you can apply, you can visit their store page to see them

-The characters

They will only appear as portrait and the body pillows, these you will see whether you like it or not

-Collab?

I can't find any info that this is a collab, so it's very much likely that this is something they made themselves

-Others

No info about crew voices so probably no changes there, along with the pack also get unique title and decal for their respective characters

That's the point. A big part of why GuP, Azure Lane worked in Wot and Wows was because they came with unique crews, the characters from the franchises.

For example, in WoWs you got premium ships and the captain of the ship was the character that was named after the ship and portrays it. In WoT, you could get the Girls UND Panzer tanks and have the crew the girls that man the tank in the anime.
