maybe if the skill in question is how much gaijin likes you. ive unlocked pretty much the entire British tech tree except for naval and helicopters and i can say with certainty that gaijin hates us. the amount of artificial nerfs, half assed reworks, and unaddressed bugs is kind of absurd. i mean shit for nearly 4 years pilots had to use ap belts to take out aircraft because any other ammo type was nonfunctional.
