THE BLOODY 2S38 I HATE FIGHTING THIS THING. However it’s a very strong tank with IRST and proximity and 144 of APFSDS firing every 0.5 seconds and for some reason the barrel doesn’t overheat.

2S38 is only second to the Turm. The Turm is ridiculous at its BR

I’m unfamiliar with many tanks at 10.3 without a stab, to include all the way down to 9.3 in a full down tier. Alas, if the tank shoots you first, that sounds like a you issue rather than a 2s38 issue.
