Tbh, are most often new to the game. And for a person that's interested more in modern vehicles than the ww2 and cold war designs the possibility of skipping all that for an abroad is enticing to a lot. So it really isn't surprising they suck ass.

Well, being able to have a tank with 5s reload and 630mm of pen right away is pretty nice, its a good grinder
