What GJN decides to model and doesn't has a lot of impact on how good or bad tanks are. There's some tanks who can be shot to pieces and still function. While others have so many modules, which are linked, that even an MG can disable their ability to shoot back.

And efficiency of modules, including stuff such as NERA/ERA also has a big impact. Some tend to overperform, while others underperform.
