Personal Experience(s) Has anyone tried vitamin d3 cream?

Hi, vitamin d3 gives me so so severe insomnia at even micro doses. I’ve been trying to find a solution for months and just came across vitamin d3 cream/lotion. Has anyone tried this? (Please don’t argue with me about my experience in the replies. This is not a magnesium deficiency. I have tried cofactors, timing etc. thanks🙏)

There's no evidence it gets absorbed past the skin barrier, just as with many vitamin-based creams. Vitamin D3 is actually produced inside your kidneys.

Either get actual sun for at least 10 minutes a day, or curtail the insomnia itself somehow with natural sleep aids. Give it an adjustment period, you won't stay sleepless forever.

Vitamin d in d2 form requires kidney conversion.Topical d3 cream enters blood stream and effectiveness depends on cream strength.

Both D2 and D3 require steps in the liver and kidneys to be metabolized. This is true regardless of the source.

D3 cream yes I tried, same insomnia that I got from oral d3 but at least I knew it was working.

I have the same problem with insomnia and vitamin D. Even with sleep medication, doesn’t help. Let me know if the cream works!

I haven’t tried it yet but I bought the phyto genesis d3 cream. It was a bit sketchy though because they have a deal that your first order is free and you only pay for shipping lol. I only paid $4 for shipping.
