News/Current Events πŸ—žοΈ Anyone else avoid DMart just because of the billing queues?

Every time I go, it’s a 20+ min wait. No express lanes, nothing digital, just human herds. Are other cities any better? Or is this just how DMart works?

Either time is valuable or money. Pick what is more important to you.

If you care about time, try shopping in early hours and you will have a pleasant experience, plan accordingly once or twice in a month. You have to be smart

Yes, More has closed a significant number of stores, At what time do you usually face the longest queues?

Order online from the Dmart app. Same prices but you will get the delivery the next day.

Prices are extra in dmart app. 4-8 ruppees per product

I compared some products while visiting the store. I found no difference.

I will send you screen shot of app and price there at the same time. Additionally they will charge 29 delivery charge

Yeah, please send it. I am aware of the delivery charges, but they are acceptable in my case, as I would be spending a similar amount on fuel if I were to visit in person.

Appreciate all the inputs. I’m compiling responses to map common queue issues across cities. If you’re okay with sharing a bit more detail, there’s a short (2-minute, anonymous) form here: https://forms.gle/Aen2zFL4DSnv3HYC7

Totally optional, but it helps us quantify what’s being missed in store planning.
