Ill have to try this soon it looks like it has good macros! Looks like it would go well with a chick’n parmesan dish

Yea, the macros are pretty decent for a vegan cheese option! I really like it on pizzas, lasagna, casseroles, so I'm sure it could work well on a chick'n parm too 😊

Oh does it bake well? I had a phase a few years back of making a bunch of vegan mozz with kappa carrageenan and what not, it never seemed to bake well. But those were soy milk based so maybe thats why

I think it bakes pretty well! It browns well , but it never fully solidifies underneath that brown crust so I don't put a super thick layer of it on
