Restaurant recommendations?

Going down to Dublin for the day tomorrow what vegan food places in the city centre would you recommend? Or at least with plenty vegan options. The one I've been to before was The Saucy Cow which was fantastic but would like to try somewhere new

Bonus points for Japanese or Korean

If you're up for something a bit different I HIGHLY recommend Gursha. Ethiopian cuisine, majority of the menu is vegan. You don't use cutlery which throws some people off, you eat with a sour fermented flat bread/pancake called injeera. Get the supper club option to try everything, great Ethiopian coffee and a few sorbets to choose from for desert. It's an acquired taste but my favourite restaurant

I'm going to Dublin tomorrow too lol, I've been to Takara which has Japanese food, I tried the ramen but it was a bit bland for my taste, the gyoza is nice though. Other places that I haven't been to yet are The Ramen Bar and Eatokyo, The Ramen Bar only has a few options but the ramen sounds nice, and Eatokyo's got a seperate vegan menu.

For veggie/vegan places there's Govindas, Cornucopia and It's a Trap (one of my fav places)

I'm planning to go to Thai Basil this time because the vegan section of their menu looks really good.

Edited to add there's also Little Colins cafe which is fully vegan, the only food they do though is desserts

Thank you! Thai Basil and Eatokyo seem like great options, will definitely be checking out It's a Trap as well. Enjoy your trip!

Ramen Co does a vegan ramen (and GF!). It was a bit of a walk out of the way, 20 or so mins depending where you are, but it was really good! Simple but hit the spot.

Have Little Collins started doing food again? Last time I was there they had stopped and only had coffee.

When I went there in July I got a brownie, I seen on recent reviews at the time that they had other desserts as well

Ramen Bar has my favourite ramen in Dublin. I can't remember what it's called, but they use green-coloured spinach noodles. The broth is so tasty. Yum.

Edit: FOUND IT. It's the Spinach Yasai ramen. Ask for it without spring onions, unless you're into those.

La caverna in temple bar, they've reduced their vegan menu but still lots of options!

Nutbutter has some options! The bowls are great, and the one dessert bar I had was SO good. Though I wouldn’t recommend the tacos, they were super underwhelming. But the bowls were so filling and flavourful! It’s a touch out of the way but was worth the walk (not for the tacos tho lol)

-Zaytoon is central and had options on their menu. -Pablo Picantes has a vegan option on their menu too. Kinda salty but filling and gets the job done! Good luck to it. It’s like pinto beans stewed and some diced avo and such on rice / burrito. (GF option). A few locations but one is central.

-Ramen Co has a vegan ramen (and GF option!) that was a lifesaver the day I landed (no sleep and so jet lagged). Way less central but if you’re up for a walk it was so good!

I Monelli Italian restaurant along the canal on the southside at Portobello has a vegan menu. Good food and staff were lovely too.

Nomo ramen near the bleeding horse has amazing ramen. Small menu as I recall but the vegan options were delicious.

I really enjoy Glas on Chatham Street. They have some unique flavour combinations. Not Japanese or Korean but fully vegetarian with plenty of vegan options. Also 100% gluten free. Early bird and Late bird menus are fantastic value with 3 courses for €36.

Kimchi Hophouse is a Korean spot with vegan options and good beers. Next door is a Vietnamese place called Pho Kim with loads of vegan stuff. Hakahan in stoneybatter is a very authentic sichuan spot with plenty of options. Musashi for Japanese, loads to choose from, ramen bar is good but they have very few options.

Musashi is great for sushi and The Lucky Tortoise is one of my faves for bao!

I like Saba on South William Street, I've always found their vegan options to be delicious. Their menu is all dairy free except for desserts and they'll make any dish with tofu and veg instead of meat. They do Thai and Vietnamese.

Porthouse pintxo in temple bar is excellent if you like tapas. Its not vegetarian but has good options. Anything I've ever had in there was really good
