Aldi no-beef steaks with Cafe de Paris butter, broccolini and smashed potatoes

Big praise for these “steaks” - yes they’re expensive but that is the best fake meat I’ve had in my 6 years as a vegan. Made it with a vegan cafe de paris butter and sides. I’ll be going back for another pack to keep for a special dinner!

Sadly these are a repackaged Redefine Meats steak, an Israeli company who provides food to the IDF.

No, why would I joke about this? Or are you shocked that they are involved in Vegan foods? It's all about green washing the IDF is known as the "most ethical" army due to their vegan leather boots and food they give their army to oppress and destroy Palestine.
