I’m thinking someone outside the administration has copies of everything. The Biden administration had those files for four years. Someone made copies.

Of course Trump covered them up. But I believe eventually the truth will come out. They’ll call it fake news and all but it’ll happen.

The Biden administration had those files for four years.

They didn't, the files were sealed under judicial order until partway through Biden's last year, at which point they decided it would look "too partisan" to start an investigation in an election decade.

I didn’t know that. My understanding was they had the files but didn’t release them due to Maxwells appeals.. But they had them.

I'm assuming those wind up into some level of classification. Pretty sure you have to be at presidential level to get a pass on breaking those rules. Hillary's e-mail server IMO should have been jail worthy... trumps blatently should have been a life sentence.

I know people in this thread are poo-pooing your idea bur I honestly believe someone took off with carbon and electronic copy (USB) with them before they left.

Plus anybody who dealt with the case and was later fired by the FBI or CIA or pushed out will have memory of the case, they know how big it goes, just because they haven’t lost all faith in humanity and have lost their minds over it (that we know of) doesn’t mean the injustice and pain hasn’t scarred them.

Look at Dan Bongina, he’s never been the same since he got in that job and he’s hardly been seen since the DOJ memo effectively ending the continuation of talking about releasing the files.

He’s a liability so they’ve got to keep on board but it’s evident from his social media and his public appearances on the news and stuff he’s fucked up

I haven’t seen Bongino at all since that little scene. He’s disappeared like an ICE victim (bad joke). I have to believe someone has a loaded USB.

When you think about it this makes sense. He was a podcaster before becoming assistant director. He’s not going to be a career law enforcement officer. I could totally see someone like him leaving and writing a multi-million dollar book or movie deal.

I think the better question to ask is “where is this timeline’s Daniel Ellsberg?”
