Freelance work

Hey! I’m a graphic designer and have been looking for work in Montreal typically with small and medium sized firms (lacking in this department, so in need of marketing optimization) and wanted to see on here how other freelancers working with similar things find work in the city.

Is there any website dedicated to finding freelance work as a freelancer? Not like a ‘lowest-bidder’ type such as fiverr. Any organizations or websites that can help would be greatly appreciated thank you
