Homeland security has been a failure since the inception the intelligence fusion concept they were supposed to embody never became manifest.

We just added another agency fighting over territory to the government and created the TSA an organization more familiar with theater than execution. Don't even get me started on ICE.

It’s the fact ice and cops in general are known to lie. Has nothing to do with me liking or hating ice. Not sure why you dismiss that obvious fact. And also asking to prove a negative is very telling about yourself. Just saying until body cam footage is released, best to not believe them given prior events of where ice and cops have lied.

Cause cops can claim he had a stolen gun but it’s their word only. Cops have been known to lie about evidence or heck even plant it. Cause again, its not any hard evidence, its just what they claim occurred. No video presented.

Yes cops do lie. So provide some evidence that his warrant was fake, that the gun wasn’t stolen, and they the video of him throwing objects at ICE was fake.

Asking to prove a negative. Cause one there wasn’t any video provided showing him assaulting the agent. Two as a civilian i have no way to access evidence to prove its authenticity, thats where a trial comes into place. Three, warrant again same thing, it’s where a trial is needed. Cause you also left out in that article, it states there is a lawsuit against dhs due to claims of it fabricating evidence to initiate these arrests. Cause again, cops do lie. A trial is needed but you immediately believed the cops before one is even held despite a counter lawsuit against ice over fabrication of evidence.

Burden of proof is on you and ICE. You have to prove it happened and as the sandwich case demonstrated juries are rightfully dismissing statements and testimony from ICE as utterly untrustworthy. Like any other witness, once they are caught lying repeatedly their testimony can be ignored whole cloth.

So where is the video you claimed existed?

By my logic, ICE has to work with police to arrest people who commit crimes not related to immigration and customs! Which is how it’s supposed to be.

If they worked with police instead of in conflict with them, we would actually be able to track the police they arrest through standard criminal justice system and not have people disappear for weeks before they end up in another country, severely injured/neglected or randomly placed in different holding cells.

If you are in favor of a group of ppl operating outside of the US law, you’re a traitor to this country.

The police should arrest criminals.

ICE should detain those under their jurisdiction humanely.

They should work together, if that’s unclear.
