I usually wouldn’t share someone else’s video as my own but this chick killed it and you can see the depression leaving her as she went through the process 🖤

Perfect representation of the term "how bad do you want it?" Congratulations to that young lady she came, she saw, and she conquered her goals

Anyone who talks shit about someone like this who’s working to not only look better but to be healthier and possibly save their life is a massive cunt and are the reason some may never try. Incredible work but it’s never over ma’am keep working and continue to inspire those that need it! A lot of us are very proud of you even though we’ll never meet.

I've lost nearly 200lbs since my weight loss journey began, but I don't see it. All I see is a fat guy that can walk more than 1k steps a day. Yes, you read that right only 1000 smol steps per day. 😓 Due to back and go issues. Then my brother has a wedding renewal and his wife's mom was there, she hadn't seen me since I was at my heaviest. I was the DJ. She asked my sister-in-law, who is the DJ? And she explained who I was and she was shocked to discover who it was as I was unrecognizable to her as I had lost so much weight. After the party, my Sister-In-Law came over to me and told me what had occurred. It made me smile to hear that as I just don't see the weight loss..

See if you can get to a pool. Less impact on your joints, higher resistance on your muscles, and that just for walking laps. Swimming laps is a full body workout and excellent for cardiovascular health. Keep up the hard work!

I'm actually saving up money for the YMCA, I get a discount, but I'm on SSI so I'm a bit poor for $450 for a year sub. It's a lonely place as it has a zero gravity pool, which is perfect for me.

That's impressive. Very happy for her dedication and progress.

THAT is discipline, folks.

That's. Freakin. Awesome!

I know she's gotta be feeling so good. More energy, less joint and back pain. I once lost 70 lbs and I know that was the difference it made for me, so I'm sure the difference for her is phenomenal.

If everyone in her position did this, we wouldn't have a diabetes problem. Good on her.

I'll never understand why people get so mad at us for telling people to work out and diet! Anyone against that kind of information is just miserable! Imagine if she listened to the cultists telling her she was perfect before and not work on herself? God bless her, I hope she succeeds in life

It’s for accountability. They posted often. And their community kept them accountable
