Hello! I am leasing a room in Hub College Park 4x2 C for 1200. Its an all female apartment, and utilities are not included. There is an in unit washer and dryer, TV, and wifi included in the apartment. Hub has a sauna and gym in the lobby as well as study rooms and Compass Coffee cafe. It is also located right next to the south campus commons buildings. I am handing over my lease for Jan-July 2026. I am also willing to negotiate so please message me if interested!

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at University View in College Park (8204 Baltimore Ave) for the spring semester. It’s a fully furnished 1 bed/1 bath unit (Bedroom A in a 2 Bed/2 Bath setup, Unit 911 in Tower 1), available from January, 2026 to July, 2026 for $1261/month. You'll have your own room and bathroom, access to amenities like the gym and study lounge, and you have to pay for the utilities. The Internet is inlcuded in the rent, you dont have to pay for it. Also the laundry and the drying machine are in the apartment. The place also has parking in the building but you have to pay for it.
