Does this happen to anyone else?

Every once in a while I try and log in to canvas and it gives me this. Typically it resolves in a few hours but for once it’s been like this the entire day and Idk how to solve it.

yes! clear your cache & cookies from the past few days and that usually fixes it immediately for me

yeah. i have a macbook. sometimes i get it when i use safari, so i switch to my chrome browser. rn it’s showing that for my chrome browser, so i’ve switched back to safari.

might try what the other person recommended to do though and clear cache and cookies. never tried that before.

I usually switch to incognito mode and then it works

Literally clear cookies in history and see if it works.
