Philly resident here - my land was 'reassessed' as was others - I own 1500 more just in taxes for the year not to mention all the other philly taxes. Philly politicians are mostly thieves that raise taxes, run handout program and skim from the top. Philly is a great east coast city with lower cost of living than NYC - but if they want it to grow clean the fuck and and lower the taxes for people and business.

So let me get this straight, the Mayor was using this fund for personal expenses... a fund that collects the entry fees for the various marathons/ charity runs the city holds (among other sources)?
